The mixing process is long and intense but very fun. What you once thought sounded good will a couple of hours later sound horrible. Your ears play you a joke. You no longer have a reference because your ears are tired from long and intense listening. Its hard to forget to take brakes when you work with sound. But its worth it if you do. We have come two songs in the process of completting the premixes. That means the songs are as good as it gets to give them to a producer. We still have eight songs to complete and the process is far from over. But hey its fun so why not some blood, sweet and hard work.

Tonight on the Johnny Normal Radio Show – The Livelong June!

The new version of ‘(You put me in) Robot mode’ was aired on ‘Indie Atonal’ radio show on US Radio Station, IAAM Radio, reaching an alternative/indie audience of +1000 people.

The recording process have started! We started out with the goal to make an album and now the ball is in motion. The writing process has taking us trough landscapes of sounds and different drum setups. Hopefully in the year of 2015 The livelong june will have a full length album.
